We try to get some family pictures every so often - doesnt always work especially as the kids can horrid about having their photo taken - Lily is the current one rejecting the camera so we make do with the best results as we can.
I made this layout to celebrate Valentine's Day over on the My Minds Eye blog - go and check out all the other girls work - stunning work!! As I have already done a Love Me Layout for myself and Ian, I went with a Family photograph to celebrate love.
I loved the Lost & Found Christmas colors but wanted to use them for a non-Christmas layout as the combination of the browns and golds just inspired me to do a love layout.

It took a little fiddling with placements and some foam adhesive but I think I made it work like it looked in my head.
also - heads up about the Twisted Sketches Design Team call ...
beautiful page, love the colours & layers, im into golds & silvers too, must be the in thing for scrapping atm, hehe
